Bayada Nurses Appoints New Director in Asheville Office

Asheville, NC — Bayada Nurses is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy Davis, BSW, PHR, as the new director of the Bayada Nurses office in Asheville, NC.

Established in January 2003, the Asheville office provides a broad spectrum of home care services—including high-tech skilled nursing and personal care services for pediatric and adult clients. The services are offered throughout the Asheville metropolitan area, with an additional recruiting branch in Hendersonville, NC. The office is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), licensed in the state of North Carolina, and approved by Medicaid.

Davis is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she received a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree with a minor in Gerontology. Davis began working with Bayada Nurses in February 2003 as a Director. This position came after a 5-year relationship Davis maintained with Bayada Nurses while she was employed at Hospice of Winston-Salem. Davis now resides with her husband, Erik, and two children, Chase and Grace, in Arden, NC.

Founded in 1975 by J. Mark Baiada, Bayada Nurses is an independently owned home health care agency that employs more than 6,000 RNs, LPNs, home health aides, and therapists working from more than 90 offices in 15 states.
