Harrisburg,
PA Bayada Nurses is pleased to announce the opening of a new office
in Harrisburg, PA. Serving the greater Harrisburg area, the office is
located at 750 East Park Drive in Harrisburg. Sheila Baublitz will serve
as director.
The office opened on April 15, 2002 and is a state-licensed home health
care agency. The new office will offer a wide variety of home care services,
including skilled nursing, personal care, and therapy. The office can
provide services as either shifts or visits, depending on the needs
of the client. The office currently accepts self-pay and private insurance
and anticipates being able to accept Medicare and Medicaid cases in
the future. Referrals are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Although Bayada Nurses currently has an office in Lancaster, the company
realized it needed an additional location to better serve residents
in the greater Harrisburg region. "This office will allow the residents
of Harrisburg and the surrounding areas to experience the high level
of home care services that our Heroes on the Home Front can offer,"
says Baublitz.
Sheila Baublitz has 10 years experience managing home care services.
Most recently, she was the administrator of HomeChoice-a York-based,
Medicare certified, JCAHO accredited agency that included a private
duty department. Baublitz is a Registered Nurse (RN) who holds a bachelor's
degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Business Administration.
Founded in 1975 by J. Mark Baiada, Bayada Nurses is an independently
owned home health care agency that employs more than 5,000 RNs, LPNs,
home health aides, and therapists working from more than 70 offices
in 11 states.
