Your child will have a dedicated team that works collaboratively to ensure their needs are met:
Clinical Manager — Your clinical manager is an experienced RN responsible for the clinical oversight of your child’s care and makes regular home visits to assess and supervise your child’s clinical care. They work in collaboration with you and your child’s physician to develop a written plan of care.
Client Services Manager —Your client services manager schedules your child’s caregivers and coordinates your services. They can answer any questions about your schedule, caregivers, or billing/insurance matters.
On-call Manager — An on-call manager is always available to respond to your calls after regular business hours.

We accept all major health plans, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and other governmental programs. We’ll handle all the paperwork for you and bill the appropriate plan directly.
