Philadelphia Adaptive Rowing (PAR)—formerly known as the Philadelphia Rowing Program for the Disabled (PRPD)—and Bayada Nurses host the Bayada Regatta every year. Founded in 1981, the regatta—sponsored solely by Bayada Nurses—is the nation’s oldest and largest adaptive rowing competition.
